If your computer connected through Router(IP share device), you need to visit router manufacturer's website and download/install the latest FIRMWARE patch for your router and set to forwarding "2300~2399 UDP" ports.

Example for LinkSys router :
Applicatio Start End Protoco lP address Enable
SoftnyxGame 2300 2399 UDP 192.168.1.101 V

here, "192.168.1.101" is private ip address assigened by router.

Check Antivirus program and Windows firewall. Specific ports "2300 ~ 2399 UDP" are to be opened during play Rakion to allow all other players connections and information to get through to you.
