Here's the thing about 1 hit snipers and weapons...

A good player will do his best to kill the enemy, whilst trying to protect his team. A 1-hit kill weapon does the job with precision. If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

n a PRO player would use scouts for that, it still does one hit kills, just to teh head ^^

Pro in skill, not effectiveness. Besides, I would kill someone for sure with an AWP instead of praying that the perfectly aimed headshot with a Scout doesn't deviate and hit the chest or some other part.

Also, you're not bound to get headshots everytime. I want a quick kill, not a nice kill.

Well...
I've seen AWP-only people.
Really, give them a simple pistol or machine gun then they can't aim.
But give them grenades and they leech your kills.

It'd be better if they would actually learn how to use guns that would help.
It's depressing to see the average AWP user go down faster than the titanic because they can't use a standard assault rifle.

lol people always tell me I probably suck at other guns. Well, here are some accomplishments (sorry I don't have screenshots)

- 5 Scout headshots in a row
- Killed 4 people in a row with an F2000 winning us one round of Base Capture.
- Killed wolves with just a Desert Eagle
- Used mass grenades to trap idiots and shotty their ass
- Killed 200 HP enemies with an M92FS headshot
- 3-Kill untouchable Wolf streak
- 9 Kill (3 Headshot) AK47 streak

I don't care about showing off or anything. I can scout better than I AWP, I use an AWP because it kills fast and that is the point of the game. Not to mention the large amount of people I piss off by using one

An AWP is just another weapon. Use it because you can. I don't see why you would ever use a scout unless its: One of your starter weapons, you're short on scouts, you have difficulties with the feel (lawl)

I really don't see any downsides to using an AWP over the scout other than the wp cost. It's like Sioux complaining that the Americans have guns; if you can't deal with it, get the guns yourself.
