Well...with an AWP, BangBros has demonstrated that he -has- to use a wall exploit for the game.

Note: my ping (was actually accurate this time) did not go above 200.
We had perfect connections.

Battle zone, 2 on 2.
He has an AWP.
He shot me from the red team sniper window and hit me while i was through BOTH of those thick walls in the middle.
Basically i was standing behind the blue team's wall (off toward the left end of it). Blue base is behind me, i can't see the bridge.
Bullet went though the wall, perfect headshot.
I can understand being an AWP...but to know where to put the bullet on the dot?

Second encounter...he -just- respawned...shot me with the AWP while i was standing in the middle, behind the red team wall. Headshot. (Bridge is behind, wall in my face)
I knew he just respawned because the death camera showed him as still blinking from a fresh respawn.
Again, perfect ping to this guy.
Other than him typing and giggling like a ten year old, this game is slowly becoming another Soldier Front.

Yes, yes. Quick AWP kills are nice, and Scouts are for skilled players or whatever. But ask yourself this...

To you AWP users, do you really have fun with such an easy to use weapon? As far as my experience with WolfTeam goes, It seems that all the high ranks are AWPers. Is it really that important to get your rank up for childish bragging rights, thinking that you're the best just because of a simple one click one hit kill through a scope?

I didn't forget about you Scouts. Yes, being a pro with an underated sniper rifle has it's perks, but all of that wouldn't really matter in a competitive enviornment, where everything counts. And not all Scouters can hold their own and still have room to look cool at the end. Why not even the playing field and go AWP to shut down the competition? You'll have to eventually.

Trust me, I've been Scouting for as long as I've been on WT. Not once have I even tried to seriously use an AWP untill some loudmouth wannabe high ranked fool comes into a room with an AWP, a bottle of lotion, and a christmas list full of insults thinking that 1 hit deaths are for the win.

So, to both AWP and Scout users, what I'm saying is...try switching sniper rifles. AWPers will see what Scouters endure, and Scouters can prove to AWPers how easy it is to use one.

I don't see why anyone has to 'even the playing field.' Sure you can act all nice and fancy with your 'skills' with a scout, and glossing its gleam in every possible way. but when it comes down to it, anyone can do so much more with an awp than a scout.

I do agree with your comment about in a completive environment, awp is the bottom line, but that just shows that the scout is not much more than just for show.

Who freakin cares what you think skill is? AWP vs. AWP it, simple as.
If you die, your worse then that person. If you have a scout and vs. an awper and lose, you have a pathetic excuse that you lost "oh my gun isnt 1 shot kill omg" stop complaining and use the goddamn awp.

If you peak at all from any angle and go back quickly, there is still a delay from when he shoots to when your game responds as a death. If he shoots and kills you on his end, it will register either way.

Packet loss and late resend time?

I don't know if he was actually glitch or what not, but these are from my knowledge and personal experience.

Both instances i was sitting still for at least ten seconds, typing at that.
I never show myself until i hear someone close by.

Anyone else think that Chidori is making a nonsequitar argument?

Of course players are suppose to kill people; The question here is whether the weapon makes it too easy.
